Whipped Topping for desserts
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon confectioner's sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Using chilled beaters in a chilled glass bowl, whip with an electric blender, the cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Delicious!
